Encouragement for the Frazzled..

Wow! It has been almost three months since I last blogged anything...Why? Let's just say, I've been a little bit of a mess. My house is a sad reflection of this. Well, that being said, it's spring break! Time to clean up my act! I've been thinking a lot about the next school year, trying to figure out what direction to go. This time around, I will have a Kindergartener AND a First Grader! What?! I am looking forward to the challenge, however Lalalicious and Obi Wan learn VERY DIFFERENTLY. So, I need a game plan! I have poured over curriculum, am planning on going to a convention, but when I am flustered in one aspect of my life, I have a hard time keeping the rest of it together. Here are a few words (mostly to myself) of encouragement, straight from THE SOURCE: ORDERLY: Arranged or disposed in some order or pattern; governed by law, well behaved. 1 Corinthians 14:40 "Let all things be done decently and in order.(Get it together!!) " DILIGENT: Characterized by steady, earnest, and ENERGETIC effort. Colossians 3:23 "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men." (Steady, earnest and energetic...) PEACEMAKER: One who promotes harmony in personal relations. Proverbs 15:1 "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs anger." (Harmony in MY home!)
